Ordering Information
How to Order
USA Standard Service
At this time we are
still in web site construction phase.
To place orders for any of the items you see on these pages, please send
an email request with your address and phone number, together with the stock
numbers of those items you would like.
We will confirm your order and total price with an email response. Your order will be held for 10 days pending
the arrival of your money order, certified check or personal check made out to:

Farm, LLC
Please note: until the
web page is completed, we cannot accept credit, debt cards or third party
electronic payment methods of any type. Send cash at your own risk (no problems
to date).
Once your funds arrive and clear, the order will be processed and shipped to
you.
International Standard Service:
Until I have gotten far enough in my web page building book to
be able to set up a shopping cart, we won’t routinely accept international
orders. If you want to place an
international order anyway, email us and we will try to work it out.

Dealer Inquiries
Breakwind Farm plans to expand its presence to additional retail
locations. If you have an interest in
offering our products, contact us by email or phone. We offer wholesale pricing to businesses. Because we have such a broad offering of
images (we are only showing a small sampling on the web pages), we have found
that your selection of our products will give you an individualized selection
unlike any other outlet. So, don’t
delay – get in touch!
Custom Orders
When creating cards using your personal images, there is a $7.00
set up fee for preparing the image to be printed. This applies to all images provided by the customer. If your image requires cleaning and/or
digital repair in order to print it, there is a $25.00 fee for that work. No image repair will be made without your
consent. Whenever possible, your images
should be submitted digitally. If you
submit an image physically, by mail or other carrier, you will be responsible
for the safe arrival of your image to us.
Your image will be returned with your completed order. All custom orders should be discussed with
us prior to submitting images.
If you wish printing on the inside of the card or other custom
printing beyond the normal card back information, please contact us for a quote
before ordering. These items must be
done by a commercial printer, which does change the cost to prepare.
Shipping Charges & Methods
Each order is carefully handcrafted. From the time your payment
is received and clears, processing and shipment take at least one week. If there is a reason for delay, we will contact
you as soon as we become aware of it.
For USA standard service, we use the US Postal Service, Priority
Mail. Expect shipping and handling
costs to be $4.50 US unless your order exceeds the Priority Mail flat fee
envelope. See above for international standard service and shipping

Returns Policy
We accept returns of any items within 30 days of your receipt of
the order under the following conditions:
The items must be new and unused.
The items must be undamaged when we receive them back. Please be sure to return in sturdy
packaging. If we receive a returned
item and it’s damaged, we cannot make a refund. We urge you to insure your package and use delivery confirmation.
Personalized items, unless defective, are never returnable. This would include cards made from your
photos or other specialty, made to order, items.
Before returning an item you MUST contact us for return
instructions at: info@breakwindfarm.com Our cards are individually handcrafted
especially for your order. If something
is not as you expected, perhaps we can correct the situation making a return
unnecessary.
We do not charge restocking fees.
We will refund return shipping costs if the return is the result
of our error or the product is defective.
Otherwise, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
